Walk, Drop, & Chill Mindfulness Walk w/Adele Logan O'Keefe


Join us for our Walk & Talk series, where we’ll take a mindful walk to the Lawn or Gardens on Grounds (location to be confirmed soon). After a long day or before your shift, take time to center yourself with a seated meditation. We’ll meet at the West Complex entrance of the Old Medical School, across from the Corner, and stroll together, enjoying the cooler air and the changing colors of the season

As we walk, we’ll focus on grounding ourselves in the present, letting the autumn atmosphere guide us into a space of calm and clarity. Fall is a season of transition, a time to release stress, worries, or tension. Through mindful awareness, we’ll embrace the opportunity to let go and feel more centered.

This practice engages all the senses and can be carried with you on any walk, helping you maintain a sense of peace wherever you go. After our group meditation, you're welcome to continue walking at your own pace or head home feeling refreshed and a bit lighter.
