Mr. Diehl has over 25 years of experience providing both hospital and community mental health and substance use services. He was most recently employed at Henrico Area Mental Health & Developmental Services where he supervised Same Day Access services. He specializes in Crisis Intervention and Emergency Services, but also has extensive experience in assessment and diagnosis, brief individual therapy, case management, community education and training, and anger management group facilitation. Mr. Diehl provides trauma-informed, culturally competent care with a person-centered, strengths-based approach.
