Mr. Diehl has more than 30 years of experience providing inpatient and community-based mental health and substance use services. His expertise includes crisis intervention and emergency services, management coaching and consultation, biopsychosocial and risk assessment, brief therapy, case management, community education and training, and anger management group facilitation. He provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive care through a person-centered, strengths-based approach that emphasizes resilience, empowerment, and positive outcomes.
