Master of Science Marriage and Family Therapy, (2016), University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry, Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution, (2000), Antioch University. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Ms. Danehy, joined FEAP in August 2019, coming from the University of Rochester where she was the Director the Employee Assistance Program and an Assistant in Psychiatry. Ms. Danehy is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and has completed Mastery Training for Coaches from the Arbinger Institute. Prior to becoming an Employee Assistance professional, Ms. Danehy was an Advanced Practitioner Mediator in private practice. Ms. Danehy has extensive experience in bio/psycho/social assessment, worksite and manager consultations, conflict and communication coaching, and mediation and couples therapy. Member Employee Assistance Professionals Association, International Association of Employee Assistance Professionals in Education, and American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.
