Strategies to Strengthen Willpower to Help You Achieve Your Goals

Willpower is considered a more accurate predictor of how successful you will be in living a life aligned with your values and goals than any other factor, including intelligence.

When asked about willpower, most people think about whether or not they have any.  What if willpower isn’t about something you either have or don’t have?  An abundance of research concludes that willpower is linked to a biological response that you can strengthen.

Join this reward-eligible webinar to learn effective strategies to enhance your own willpower as well as discover how “I will power”, “I won’t power,” and “I want power” can help you reach your goals.

This webinar is based on Kelly McGonigal’s groundbreaking book, The Willpower Instinct: How Self-Control Works, Why It Matters, and What You Can Do to Get More of It.
