Exploring Confidence: Strategy, Trust, and The Narrative

Confidence is often treated like something you either have or you don’t. Join this Hoos Well reward-eligible webinar to demystify confidence and reframe it as a skill that can be built through preparation, strategy, self-awareness, and intentional action. Participants will explore how the stories we tell ourselves shape the way we show up, and how being equipped with tools, language, and a clear personal narrative can strengthen confidence in everyday life, leadership, work, and relationships.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Redefine confidence as a practice built through preparation, strategy, and self-trust.
  2. Identify how personal narratives can either strengthen or limit confidence.
  3. Explore practical tools for showing up with more clarity, courage, and intention.
  4. Develop a simple confidence-building strategy they can apply in real-life situations.
