Reboot Your Health and Well-being 6 Week Class

Are you ready to reboot your health and wellbeing and get good habits back on track?

Join this 6 week, highly engaging class via Zoom that will use the best strategies from Health Coaching and Positive Psychology to help identify and meet your personal goals. A commitment is needed to try to attend all six classes. 

Participants of previous sessions experienced a 15% reduction in fatigue, depression, and anxiety. One participant summarized, "This was a wonderful way for me to block time and invest in myself.  The tips and tools were wonderful!... the time together, the dialogue, the accountability, and the coaching/support were so valuable!"
