FEAP and Hoos Well are excited to welcome Professor Ed Hess, author of 15 books involving high organizational and human performance as our guest speaker this month. Prior to joining academia, he spent 20 years as an executive in the business world. His work has appeared in over 400 global media outlets, and he has consulted with business, governmental and educational organizations over the last 20 years.

This interactive webinar will focus on Ed’s new practical workbook Own Your Work Journey! The Path to Meaningful Work and Happiness in the Age of Smart Technology and Radical Change©.  “Own Your Work Journey” has become mission critical for everyone. We all will need to excel at “Adaptive Learning” so we can learn at the speed of technological change.  His book is rooted in decades of modern science and thousands of years of teachings from the world’s great philosophies and wisdom traditions.

The foundational building block of “Own Your Work Journey” is you becoming your “Best Self”. His new book focuses on helping you become your Best Self; how to take control of your life by taking ownership of your ego, mind, body, emotions, words, and behaviors - including how you listen, think, and collaborate so that you can bring your Best Self to the world every day.
