Well-Being Walk: Breaking Stigma & Building Hope
Join FEAP in partnership with the BFSERG for a transformative 1 mile journey for our well-being. Our goal is to engage in meaningful conversations about the importance of prioritizing mental health in order to promote a culture of acceptance and support. This walk is a part of FEAP's mission to take a proactive stance against Mental Health stigma. All employees, staff, faculty, students, and UVA community members are welcome!
This isn't just a stroll; it's an interactive journey towards wellness. Engage in uplifting dialogue or relish the serenity of quiet reflection – the choice is yours. Silence is just as valued as conversation. Breathe in the fresh air, soak in the surroundings, and let the healing power of nature rejuvenate your spirit. Whether seeking solitude or craving community, this Wellness Walk is for you. Let's step forward together, embracing mental health, breaking stigma, and building hope.
