In light of these uncertain times, FEAP is pleased to share resources we have collected and created for you, our FEAP customers, in support of your mental and emotional wellness.

We have divided these resources by audience group (all, managers, healthcare workers) and again by resource type (webinar, podcast, video, etc.) so that you can easily find what you’re looking for.

Pause to Rest, Ground, and Refuel
Tuesdays, 2:00 – 2:30 pm
Hosted by Anna DeLong,
Moving through your days as if you will just get what you need, is a problematic assumption. Many people are so keenly tuned into others, (or the tasks they face), their own needs are often overlooked.  Just as a car won’t run without gas, we all need time to Rest and Restore in order to meet a prolonged challenge with Resilience, (CODE R).  Join us, from wherever you are, for a pause to connect, rest and refresh.
Attend via Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/2971409696

Communicating Effectively During Difficult Conversations
