What can you do to support good mental well-being?

Our brain is changing based on our thought patterns, the choices we make and the way we live.  The vast majority of the time our brain is changing unwittingly.  The invitation for you in this seminar is to learn how you can begin to train your brain wittingly, with intention, on purpose in a direction that promotes your overall wellbeing.  Join this seminar to learn more about the four trainable constituents as well as resources available to support your wellbeing training.
