Feedback from Previous Participants:
"My self-confidence is boosted and I'm trying to focus on myself and love myself."
"Great Program! The support I received from everyone in the program was essential to my success in achieving my exercise goal. Without that support, I doubt that I would have done as well."
"The content that was covered was outstanding (and extremely helpful). Both Mary and Beth’s passion and commitment to the work is inspiring. It was great to be in a group of like-minded people, all of whom were working on a fitness-related goal."
"If someone feels they need to “reboot”, this program and its instructors give you the sustained space/focus and new perspectives to help with the reboot. Much better than struggling alone."
